(This is a continuation of the Closing of Portals & Bifurcation of Earth message I had while in Spirit Council. Please be sure to read that first for context.)

The shutting down of portals to the corresponding fractal of a "Red Galaxy" has already occurred for our Milky Way Galaxy. It is only something that has recently been perceived in increasing occurrence by us because we--like others at the outer edges of the Milky Way Galaxy (in all spherical directions)--experience the time dilation. The bifurcation of Earth that completed was possible because the Galactic Bifurcation already occurred. The so-called Dragons are ones embedded with the ability to facilitate this process, which is why they have been and are connected to the work.

For clarity, "seraphim" are higher dimensional dragons of this solar system; they are not Galactic Center beings. You can consider them to be fractals of those beings, as "children"/descendants of those Galactic Serpents. The "New Maya" meditations you received support alignment with this new Galactic electromagnetic field, which itself is not specific nor exclusive to Earth or the solar system.
