Blessings Soul Family,

Once again we find ourselves in the midst of heightened awareness of longstanding global oppression. In addition to resources around processing grief/rage that I share on Instagram, I’m re-centering an action that I consider an important component of spiritual activism for lightworkers: praying for oppressors.

I brought this up in the collective conversations we were having in 2020 during the early days of the COVID pandemic and the resurgence of police brutality protests here in the U.S. I issued a month-long challenge to pick a politician, a business owner, and a person with whom you have a direct relationship, and that these should be people you either do not like or feel hate towards. Then I said to pray for them. The prayer was not that they would change, but rather that they would receive healing, peace, reconnection to their innate humanity, and the banishment of any negative energies that might also be manipulating them.

I don’t know how many people participated or if they continued for the entire month (I didn’t create the challenge as a way to grow my follower account, email list, or to gain notoriety). The point was to remind us all of 2 things: 1) we have power in the spirit, and 2) peace and justice can arise when the burden of the binary is dropped.

I am inviting this action again, however this time I also offer a specific prayer for ongoing use. The reason? The waves of oppression will continue for many years to come as we work towards a safe and just world for all. Our success in doing so is collective. [Note: This approach is not unique or new. Respect to the wise ones.]

If you choose to use and engage with this prayer, then please adhere to the following:

Do not edit or add to the language.

Complete the actions as instructed.

Read through everything below before jumping into this prayer work. Decide on the individual or individuals in positions of power that you will be praying for. If praying for multiple people, then this prayer must be done for each one at a time, NOT grouped together. Do what you need to do to prepare yourself in a way that aligns with your spiritual practices such as clearing your energy field, lighting a candle on an altar, etc. Make daily use of your protective practices following the prayer until all the energy settles; potential pushback is to be expected. (If you’re concerned about this, then strengthen yourself & your spirit family, and upgrade your metaphysical tools before engaging with this work. Remember: We consciously evolve to handle more, not less.)

HEALING PRAYER FOR THE OPPRESSOR

Start with intentional breathing for 5 minutes. You should make your inhalation and exhalation be the same duration; it doesn’t matter how short or long, as long as it’s the same.

Say, “I bring my body, mind, emotions, will, and heart into perfect energetic coherence with my soul. I ask my soul to remove any blocks or obstacles to this coherence, whether unconscious, subconscious, conscious, caused by me, or caused by another.” (Take 5 breaths)

Say, “My soul, please help me to see myself the way you see me, to love myself the way you love me, to take action in alignment with your purpose in this incarnation.” (Take 5 breaths)

Face the East direction.

Say, “I call in the power and the presence of the Spirits of the directions East, South, West & North. (Take 5 breaths)

I call in the power and the presence of the Spirits of the elements Air, Fire, Water, Earth. (Take 5 breaths)

I call in the power and the presence of Archangels Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel. (Take 5 breaths)

I call in the power and the presence of my elevated beneficial ancestors in Heaven. (Take 5 breaths)

I call in the power and the presence of my guardian angels and protectors. (Take 5 breaths)

I ask that you create a sacred container for my healing and protection to surround me during this time of prayer and intercession. (Take 5 breaths)

Please neutralize and remove any and all harmful energies, entities, spirits, thought forms, emotions, psychic cords & attachments, miasma, and reversal or spying technologies, whether organic or inorganic, in any timespace in which my soul exists. (Take 5 breaths)

Please raise my vibrational frequency to harmonize with that of Heaven.” (Take 5 breaths)

Say, “I pray to Mother-Father Source, the Seraphim of Light, the Cosmic Court, and the Guardian & Protectors of the Human Soul to hear and take action on my request for healing and Cosmic Judgment for those who are operating as oppressors of others through acts of violence.

I pray for the healing of the soul, mind, and heart of [specific individual]. Help them come more into alignment with their true soul nature. (Take at least 5 breaths or as long as needed until you feel the energy shift)

I pray for the healing of the souls, minds, and hearts of [individual’s] maternal and paternal ancestors. Help them to lay down their burdens, grudges, shame, and guilt so they may elevate and return Home to themselves and Heaven. (Take at least 5 breaths or as long as needed until you feel the energy shift)

I pray for the removal of any malevolent beings, curses, or technologies that may be interfering with the soul sovereignty of [individual] or their ancestors. (Take at least 5 breaths or as long as needed until you feel the energy shift)

I pray for the karmic balance between [individual], their ancestors, and those who have been victims of their actions as directed by Cosmic Judgment.” (Take at least 5 breaths or as long as needed until you feel the energy shift)

This I pray for the highest and greatest good of human souls in all times, spaces, frequencies, and dimensions. And I give thanks to Mother-Father Source, the Seraphim of Light, the Cosmic Court, and the Guardian & Protectors of the Human Soul. Amen.”

Sit in meditation for at least 5 minutes.

Say, “I give thanks and release the power and the presence of the Spirits of the directions East, South, West & North, the Spirits of the elements Air, Fire, Water, Earth, of Archangels Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel, my elevated beneficial ancestors in Heaven, and my guardian angels and protectors.”

Clear your energy field again. Stay consistent with your spiritual protection practices, especially as you sleep.
