My 4 Guiding Principles: The Heart of my Life and Business

Blessings Soul Family!

I talk a lot about soul purpose, vision, and mission when working with my clients and for good reason. Having clarity about our “Why” and our “What” shapes the path we take in our lives and our businesses. But often when it’s time to go into the “How”, the ego mind takes over and we start looking to everyone and everything else to tell us how to go after what we want.

And this is where danger lies.

We must always start from a place of soul sovereignty as we approach each step we take. And that begins with figuring out what our guiding principles are.

What shapes our ethics and morals? What will we do–or not–depending on our beliefs? (If you want to see if your political ideology is true praxis, this is important self-reflection work.)

I unpacked mine and established them as the core pillars of my work and my creative expression. They are:

God is the foundation of everything.

Nature & metaphysical tools provide sustainable frameworks and processes for success.

Our personal wisdom & skills are keys of liberation for others.

We are not alone. Our success is collective.

Here’s what each one means to me:

  1. "God is the foundation of everything." This is the 1st and most important pillar. We have a direct connection to God and it is our divine right to embrace this and walk through the world accepting this Beneficial Presence in our lives. Reclaiming this spiritual inheritance is the first step to the co-creation of a new world.

  2. "Nature & metaphysical tools provide sustainable frameworks and processes for success." Specifically, it informs the methods I've developed to educate and train people as they work to implement spirituality more deeply into their lives and businesses. Whether it's 1:1 services or group programs, soul sovereignty is at the heart of all offerings.

  3. "Our personal wisdom & skills are keys of liberation for others." Often we will think that we need more--certifications, licenses, education, etc--in order to increase our impact or make a difference in the world. And though this 'more' may come in handy every one in a while, the most important thing is what you already bring to the table. You are enough. (I repeat.) You are enough. The things that create the biggest change are usually the simplest, the things we take for granted because they come easy to us. My job is continually re-center this fact in the work that we do together so that you stop (or reduce) giving up your power.

  4. "We are not alone. Our success is collective." The first thing that often comes to mind with this principle is the people around us—family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, mentors, etc—and the influence they have on co-creating our world and helping us achieve our dreams (or not). But as an oracle and spiritual life coach, I’m here to remind you that you do yourself a disservice by thinking your community stops there. In fact, there is a vast network of nonphysical support available to you as well. One such example would be your elevated beneficial ancestors. Of course there is more including guardian angels & protectors, guides, masters, crystals, star races, etc. There is also more available to you and to us collectively.

If you look at my services, small group coaching programs, marketing, etc, you’ll see these principles infused throughout.

So, how do you uncover your own guiding principles? You gotta start with figuring out what you believe to be fundamentally true. And then determine what you believe to be absolutely necessary.

One you know this, you can monitor the decision and actions you take are in alignment.
