A Personal Message from Jynnette The Oracle
It's been a while since I've done a personal blog and with the spiritual new year coming up, I felt it a good time to share.
I'm in an interesting place in my life. 2022 ushered in the start of what I know to be a decade of transformation...
My perimenopause journey began, a sacred time of transition out of the bounds of monthly cycles into more embodied timelessness--and a welcome release of the Mother archetype. Trust, my official menopause day will be a day of celebration! It's been uncomfortable at times because I'm perpetually hot, physically and emotionally–the self control is god level at this point–but for the most part, it's been a mild experience thus far. I can tell I'm now entering the middle of this process and it has already been requiring a different kind of focused attention. I am in awe at the underlying wisdom of my body.
At the same time I entered into a new romantic relationship. At four and a half years in, we're now looking to find a place together, a spot that we feel can hold us and grow with us for a few years. While the search is tiresome at times, I remain curious and excited as to what our "third space" will ultimately be.
Financially it's been an absolute roller-coaster over these past few years...another time of transition molded by change externally and internally. While I have yet to fully rebound or surpass where I've been, the "quiet" has forced deep contemplation on both my professional and entrepreneurial desires for the next stage of life. The astrology has been confirming (of course) what I've been perceiving in the Spirit: this decade is for building. Building skills (capability). Building capacity (managing multiple things with higher stakes). Building networks. Building financial resources.
And that's what I've been doing.
I've been improving my tech skills and expanding my knowledge more on how things work behind the scenes. I'm even more active than before going thru formal training and in self study.
I've been working with a film distributor to learn more of the business side of entertainment, given that I already have decades of experience as talent and in production. I'm specifically there to help scale by building out SOPs and workflows that can handle the increased business due to new partnerships. (Claude has been useful here.)
I've been networking a lot more intentionally, i.e. significantly fewer events, but better quality connections. Even just over these few years I've seen full circle moments as new connections led to newer connections which led to new opportunities.
Naturally all of this flourishing, retraction, and effort requires pruning.
As it relates to Inner Sun Alchemy specifically, I made the decision to shift away from offering my unique IP--the Lightworker Incubator & Sovereign--as group programs. Both I and this business have matured enough where shifting focus back to the primary mission of working 1 on 1 with consultants, leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives who have a bigger Calling to impact the culture at large is necessary. That doesn't mean these are going away!
The Lightworker Incubator and Sovereign are now offered exclusively as 1 on 1 coaching programs. Their current pricing is the value that has always been provided--but never charged. (The group programs were always offered at a steep discount so as to be accessible to as many people as possible.)
With the exception of seasonal offers or services that don't require more than one or two sessions, all coaching with me is long term coaching moving forward. Whether this is a customized process I develop for a new client or one of the existing programs, working more directly and over a longer period of time with those clients I'm Called to is now necessary. (Side note: there are two such seasonal offers currently available, the 2027 Spiritual New Year Divination and the 2027 Business Intensive.)
Creatively, I shifted focus away from personal projects to invest more in the role of door-opener for filmmakers with feature films and series who seek to secure streaming distribution for their projects. Having a hand in helping to rebuild the low and mid budget range ecosystem of the film industry is a core goal and I'm uniquely positioned to do so right now.
