June 2025 Astrology Overview

June is a month of new beginnings. We have the summer solstice plus Mercury, Venus, Mars, AND Jupiter entering new signs this month. While we will see a few tense squares in the middle of the month, the start and finish to June are bookended by sextiles and trines. This indicates an expansion of flow and momentum. We already saw things begin to shift positively last month and in the coming weeks this will continue to pick up in speed. Summer season is poised to be full of light. Gemini Moon Cycle (May 26th - June 24th)

The archetype of Gemini represents our minds, how we process information, communication, writing, skills, friends & siblings, and our immediate environment. This cycle can be a double edged sword. On one hand, our problem-solving capabilities increase, we pick up new information and develop skills more quickly, it’s easier to make new social connections, and we find the drive to finally declutter our living space. On the other hand, our anxiety can increase, we can get bored easily (which could mean taking on too much or sabotaging your progress), miscommunications can arise often, and we may not feel quite ‘settled’. Make sure to give yourself ample time to make a decision (there are few true emergencies), have more fun (don’t take yourself or others too seriously), and remember that curiosity is a gift enjoyed over time.

You may also find that you can help another navigate through their own murky emotional waters during this time. This transit is also beneficial for relationships of all kinds but especially intimate ones as more care and consideration will be present in your conversations. Don’t forget to lean into more interactions with family, whether blood relatives or close friends (chosen family).

Mercury transiting Cancer is a great time to celebrate the hard work of everyone who keeps your business going strong. This can be a good time for a review of employees' work quality along with bonuses for folks who’ve proved to be stellar in how they show up. Of course, the celebration must include the CEO as well - take stock of your wins, improvements, lessons learned, and the like. And yes, there should be a bonus for you too if you’ve shown up as a good leader and steward of your business. Use this transit to boost morale across the board!

Mercury in Leo (June 26th - September 1st; Retrograde July 17th - August 10th)

Mercury in Leo is a great time to toot your own horn. If you don’t do it, who else will? (Although, you should have folks around who will see the best in you and speak that back to you when you aren’t feeling that great…) Confidence and humility are bosom buddies because they are rooted in authenticity. Speak the truth about who you are and what you bring to the table (relationships, work, etc) without apology. This can be a time of healthy self-assertion if you let it. It also wouldn’t hurt to turn the charm on every now and then either.

Mercury in Leo is a great time to feature leaders in the company in your marketing campaigns to familiarize the client base with your brand. This can also happen internally as well to show pathways for advancement or possible mentors available for professional development. Venus in Taurus (June 5th - July 3rd)

Personal Insight

Venus in Taurus gives the highest expression of abundance in both money and material goods. Expect an uptick in growth with these two areas regardless of where this shows up in your natal chart. Also, prioritizing quality over quantity is huge! This transit also allows for deeply healing, reinvigorating, and pampering experiences as Taurus also represents our physical body and our sensual nature. We will see a desire to become a master at our craft, to stay the course in our goals, and strive to let our work speak for itself instead of our ego. On the other hand we’ll have to watch that we don’t become too critical. Virgo exposes all--good, bad, and neutral--to us so remember that not everything has to be addressed at this time. Tackle what must be dealt with at any given time and leave room for the timing to bring other things to you when necessary.
